Work Summary

I’m a data-informed marketing strategist with enthusiasm for management and the achievement of measurable results. I have extensive experience in traditional, direct, and digital marketing as in-house marketing staff, as a department leader, and also as an independent marketing consultant. Lead Generation, Operational Efficiency, and ROI campaign analytics are the stuff my dreams are made of.

My unique blend of skills and experience has prepared me to approach new assignments with the necessary skills to produce, yet also the flexibility and humility to work under vastly different circumstances.

Joined the Digital Experience & Design team as a to start a Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). Specifically, take control of website development, organic and paid social media management, SEO and paid search.

Accomplishments include

Led project to take control of existing enterprise website ( in-house from agency management.  Oversaw the research, selection, and implementation of enterprise marketing automation platform for over 200 users (Marketo) and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).

Ran project to translate enterprise website into 7 languages, including development of a new workflow for global content review.

Devised and executed SEO strategy including the implementation of enterprise SEO tool (BrightEdge) for 70+ Web Content Owners.

Researched and revamped Digital Advertising strategy including management of a six-figure media (search, display, social and retargeting) budget.

Managed Corporate Marketing social media team of 5, including responsibilities for engagement, listening, content curation, campaign activation and reporting.

Responsible for the implementation of UL’s first enterprise social media management platform (Sprinklr) connecting over 90 social network accounts and governance over 50 users.

Built and led internal design and media production team to reduce reliance on expensive external agencies. Provided strategic and tactical guidance to the team. Held accountable for all promotional campaigns, print and digital collateral as well as SEO/SEM strategies. Collaborated with sales and company executives to ensure strategic alignment with company objectives. Delivered department results reports with data visualizations monthly, then presented findings in-person to a C-Level audience.

Lead the team responsible for 3 website redesign cycles (, including user experience testing and interaction design, from wire framing through site launch and into ongoing maintenance.
